Digenics supports UK businesses with websites, apps, ERPs and AI products. We are hiring a female Digenics supports UK businesses with websites apps ERPs and AI products. We are hiring a female Customer Support and Outbound Sales Executive to handle client care and also call UK businesses to market our products book demos and build pipeline. You will manage tickets and conversations and you will also run daily call outreach that converts interest into meetings and revenue.
What you will do
- Handle inbound calls chat and email for UK clients and keep every ticket updated in the help desk
- Run daily outbound calling to UK small businesses use clear scripts handle objections and book demos for the sales team
- Follow a contact strategy calls emails WhatsApp LinkedIn and keep a tight follow up cadence in the CRM
- Qualify prospects capture needs and pass hot leads to the right consultant with clean notes and next steps
- Maintain calendars schedule and reschedule meetings and send confirmations and reminders
- Create quick guides FAQs and how to articles so clients can self serve next time
- Track daily and weekly targets calls made connections achieved demos booked and qualified pipeline
- Protect the brand in every interaction keep a friendly professional tone and request reviews when appropriate
- Work shifts that align with UK hours when needed and follow local calling etiquette and compliance rules
About you
- One to two years in customer support or telesales in a digital agency SaaS or tech environment
- Fluent English spoken and written confident phone manner and strong negotiation skills
- Clear communicator with empathy active listening and a consultative approach to selling
- Organised and target driven plans call lists manages time and keeps immaculate notes in HubSpot Zendesk Freshdesk or similar
- Tech curious learns products quickly and explains features in plain English to non technical users
- Comfortable using dialers call recording headsets and basic spreadsheets for tracking
- Reliable punctual and a team player who follows processes and improves them
